CLICK HERE!Optional Cost:Notary: $30.00 (For all three affidavits)Fingerprints the day of class $45.00For more info on fingerprints CLICK HERE !Passport Photo: (No longer required)REFUND POLICY: If you signup for a class and need to change the date you registered for that is not a problem. If you signup and cancel without rescheduling you will be refunded $100 as long as the cancellation is not withing 48 hours of the class date. If you reschedule and then cancel the new date the cancellation will be assessed at the date and time you rescheduled. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the course date will only be refunded $50. The credit card fee that was charged will not be refunded. If you signup as an alternate and pay, your registration and payment can be moved to another date with a seat available. If you wish a refund when no seat comes available you will be refunded $100 per the above refund policy. The credit card fee that was charged will not be refunded. |
